Scholastic Competition Circuit
World Drum Major Association’s Scholastic Competition Circuit features some of the best Drum Majors in the Southern California, consistently sets new standards for the activity, and continues to creatively drive forward the evolution of the sport and art of Drum Majoring. Compete as a Conductor, Mace or Baton Flourisher in Novice, Open or World Class in the world’s largest and most competitive drum major circuit.
World Drum Major Association is the premier organization in producing Drum Major competitions, offering the largest and most competitive circuit in the nation. The WDMA Scholastic Competitions Circuit provides K-12 Drum Majors the opportunity to perform, compete, and advance their craft in a solo performance setting in three separate disciplines: Mace and Military Baton flourishing, and Conducting. Competitors are divided into three different skill levels or classes: Novice (Beginner), Open (Intermediate), and World (Advanced).
